The scope of facility services Limbach can provide our customers ranges from emergency repair of mechanical system components to regularly scheduled preventative maintenance contracts with a predictable annual maintenance cost for their mechanical systems, at a defined level of service. This can cover basic filter changes, lubrication, and inspection to chiller and boiler maintenance, system winterization, and Temperature Control Systems, for example.
