Commissioning & Safety Manager
REQUIREMENTS: This dual position will be responsible for insuring every employee and subcontractor has a safe working environment, fostering and building the Safety culture through implementation of our safety program.  Additionally, this position will perform and oversee the performance of the branch Commissioning process on HVAC work.

Senior Project Manager (HVAC)
REQUIREMENTS: Plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to effectively perform the scope of contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

Columbus, OH

Controller
REQUIREMENTS: Assist management in strategic budgeting & forecasting processes. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll etc. B.S. in Accounting with a thorough knowledge of construction accounting. Strong analytical, managerial, interpersonal & communication skills required.

Planning Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Plan, organize and provide leadership for our internal planners to ensure that our planning department produces coordination drawings that are efficient in design, fully coordinated internally and produced according to a master schedule that ensures a consistent and timely flow of fabrication drawings to all of our shops so that they can be efficiently managed to beat maximum productivity and meet project schedules. Provide support to employees in the Planning Division.

Sales Representative
REQUIREMENTS: Experienced sales person from the Columbus area to call on new prospective customers to seek HVAC maintenance contracts and service project work.

Senior Estimator
REQUIREMENTS: Prepare comprehensive cost and labor estimates for plumbing, heating, process piping and sheet metal trades for project bid proposals.

Senior Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Plan, coordinate, execute, and maintain an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to effectively perform the scope of contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

Staff Accountant
REQUIREMENTS: Provide routine and some nonroutine clerical/accounting functions in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable.  Input data into the cost control system, voucher and submit invoices, record weekly job costs and print various reports, and other various construction accounting duties.

Administrative Expeditor
REQUIREMENTS: Provide administrative support for the Project Managers and their subordinates and foremen by soliciting, logging, monitoring, expediting and communicating the information necessary for the Project Managers and their team to estimate the work, support and monitor labor, manage the costs and produce a satisfactory job to our customers.

Contract Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for working with a team of Engineers, Estimators, and Construction Professionals to develop, sell and build Design/Build, Team Construct and other negotiated Mechanical Commercial Construction Projects.

Estimator
REQUIREMENTS: Prepare comprehensive cost and labor estimates for piping and sheet metal trades for project bid proposals.

Project Engineer
REQUIREMENTS: Palm Springs - Plan, coordinate, execute, maintain and manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, material, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to effectively perform the scope of contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule to the customer’s satisfaction.

Area Service Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Grow a Service Area through the sale of Spot Work, Service Projects and Maintenance Contracts to existing accounts along with the area service sales people. Responsible for meeting the area revenue and gross profit goals, assuring the work in the area is completed on time, within budget, to the customer’s satisfaction.

CAD Planner (HVAC)
REQUIREMENTS: Generate CAD fabrication/erection drawings and bills of material from available information and/or contract drawings and specifications.           

Energy Engineer
REQUIREMENTS: Conduct facility energy audits, identify opportunities for energy savings and capital investment, optimize opportunities for our branch locations through technical and financial analysis of performance contracts, prepare reports and proposals.

Project Manager (HVAC)

Dispatcher
REQUIREMENTS: Dispatch and schedule service technicians for maintenance contract customers for emergency calls, routine inspections and project work while working with Service Team.  Open and track work orders, PO's, technician time and follow up on open work orders.

REQUIREMENTS: Build and direct the Construction Group by aiding in the securing of major contracts, insuring that all manpower needs are satisfied, overseeing purchasing of all material and execution of sub contract agreements. Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Oversee the development of project schedules including trade manpower loading for the projects under his supervision.  Establish project cost control centers for projects by tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs. Direct Project Managers and Trade Planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate their efforts. Inspect the jobsites on a regular basis for contract compliance and safety.
