Executive Vice President, Service
Since joining Limbach in late 2006, Dave’s responsibilities include leading and overseeing the expansion of the service and maintenance business line, in addition to the development of the company’s energy solutions offerings. Dave works with Limbach’s branches, creating strategic entry and expansion plans and working closely with the CEO, CFO, and the local branch and general service managers in the execution process.
Dave came to Limbach with 23 years of service and maintenance experience in the refrigeration and process cooling industry. He worked for York International Corporation (recently acquired by Johnson Controls), where his last position involved managing a 10-branch service operation with revenues in excess of $100,000,000. Dave also acted as the post-merger Service Sales Integration Team Leader, facilitating the seamless assimilation between the York and Johnson Control’s service sales forces.
Dave received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He participates in many educational and developmental activities associated with the industry and his community. In addition to serving as an alumni student recruiter for the University of Michigan, he was the executive advisor of York’s Junior Achievement Company and has been a member of the Education Committee of Building Owners and Managers of Detroit, the Office Building of the Year Committee of Building Owners and Managers of Philadelphia, and serves as a principal member of the Service Excellence Corps Association.
