Purpose / Vision
To create a culturally agile community that respects and empowers women in the Company and industry.
We do this by:
- Partnering with and providing our current and potential female (office and field) employees opportunities to grow in leadership skills and capacities.
- Rapidly responding and adapting to: the needs of female employees' individual career progression and goals; female leadership development; the symptoms/effects of a historically male-dominated industry.
