It also clearly explains company expectations, job competencies, and leadership tools for each role, highlighting which learning experiences from professional organizations, associations, and our own in-house learning programs could be most helpful to cultivate both your technical and professional skills. OPPORTUNITIES & PROGRAMS.

  • When you start with our Company, you will be immersed in an interactive onboarding process where you will learn our Company policies and procedures, our technology, and available resources to help you excel in your career. Our goal is to set you up for success on day one.

  • Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are dedicated to working with you starting with onboarding and moving throughout your career to guide you in the Limbach ELEMENTS. The Limbach ELEMENTS are our core processes, and they include valuable templates, tools, and resources, along with courses and videos to help you do your job to the best of your ability every day. Alongside the coaching you’ll receive from these SMEs and our ELEMENTS, we also provide online learning that can bolster your soft skills and reinforce technical know-how. It’s never a one-and-done or one-size-fits-all. We make sure you have experiences in the field and office to support your growth.

  • We have three in-house leadership programs that emphasize Leadership Excellence Accreditation and Development, or LEAD. Each level of LEAD becomes increasingly more rigorous and selective to provide our emerging leaders, mid-level leaders, and senior officials with the critical tools they need to embody servant leadership and execute strategy throughout the organization. Offering these programs in-house allows us to customize them to the latest leadership research and most urgent business needs, ensuring that you are prepared to empower, develop, and achieve your own career goals alongside the Company’s.

  • Safety is not just a priority for us; it is who we are. Our Hearts & Minds Safety program is a tag-team effort by our Safety group and our Learning team to provide you with the details of what safety means to us. A two-day learning event at each business unit underscores the weekly safety messages and actions shared by our Safety leaders across the organization. These messages and actions stem from the belief that safety starts with our hearts and our minds and doesn’t stop when we leave for the day. As our hearts and minds go home with us, so too, does a focus on safety.

  • Project Manager Academy, or PM Academy, is a year-long program designed to introduce and reinforce key soft and technical skills to Project Engineers from across the company. By combining business relevance, action learning, guest speakers, and engaged executives, the content offered addresses company-specific technical skills such as scheduling, labor tracking, cash management, etc. as well as emotional intelligence, relationship management, active listening, and engaging with organizational strategy and company direction. This integrated curriculum allows PEs to network with one another and take the next step in their careers as well-rounded Project Managers.

  • We offer a variety of webinars to address the needs of our 21st century workforce. These webinars include a focus on ensuring remote work and remote learning are effective and sustainable. Digital Immersion webinars offered throughout the year are open to all and explain the ways in which we can leverage online platforms to communicate and achieve our daily tasks. These webinars exist to provide support and resources to our hybrid teams in alignment with our flexible work and remote work policies.
