Terry Dugan

With more than 40 years of leadership in the HVAC and building systems industry, Terry Dugan brings deep expertise in profitable growth, strategic execution, and value creation. He held senior roles at Trane Technologies plc and Ingersoll Rand, where he led commercial strategy, drove organic growth, and executed strategic acquisitions across North America. He also served as Lead Director on the Joint Venture board of Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC U.S..

Today, he advises HVAC businesses and private equity firms on growth strategy, operational performance, and capital allocation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business.
