George Washington University (GWU) engaged our team to support compliance with the District of Columbia’s energy benchmarking regulations, which require third-party verification every three years. The scope included verification of Calendar Year 2023 energy data across more than 6 million square feet and 68 campus buildings. As a BEPS-Certified Partner, our team ensured accurate reporting and alignment with Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) requirements, helping GWU avoid potential non-compliance penalties while laying the groundwork for future energy and emissions reductions.
