Chief People, Culture & Marketing Officer
Melissa DiMuro serves as the Chief People, Culture & Marketing Officer of the Company, effective January 18, 2021. Ms. DiMuro is responsible for leading the People and Culture organization and human capital strategy; including talent management, leadership development, organization effectiveness, learning, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits.
Ms. DiMuro comes to Limbach with 21 years of progressive leadership in human resources, including 14 at GE Aviation, a leading global provider of aircraft engines and aviation systems. Most recently, Ms. DiMuro held Senior HR leadership roles across the global supply chain and engineering organizations. She has demonstrated expertise in creating business impact through talent management, organization strategy, strategic workforce planning, learning, and talent development. Ms. DiMuro is a graduate of the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE. She obtained her Master of Labor and Employment Relations and Bachelors of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati.
