These groups gather together based on shared characteristics and life experiences, but they’re open to anyone. They provide support, enhance career and personal development, and create a sense of belonging. One of our leaders in the Florida business units took it upon herself to do just that for the Company’s Hispanic population and those who want to ally with and support this demographic.
