PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Five year engagement for Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA, that include multiple new construction and renovation projects impacting the entire campus and several off site locations. Most projects impacted existing patient care operations and required significant coordination related to infection control, logistics and internal operations to minimize the impact to the patient care. Projects included acute care, ambulatory care and tenant fit out work. Total volume of work was over $100M. The program included a multiple projects extended over a five years. Scope included:

• 255 Bed Patient Tower renovation, interventional platform expansion for three open heart operating rooms, lab renovation, lobby renovation
• New endoscopy procedure and recovery area, EV lab addition, ICU expansio
• New convenient care fit-out, outpatient cardiology office, C-Suite office fit-out
• New ambulatory surgery center, medical office building/urgent care, surgery center boiler room addition and connector road, and multiple other renovation projects
