PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This mission-critical design-build project replaced a cooling tower, condenser water heat pumps, and BAS controls at the Carepoint Outpatient Care facility. To minimize downtime, the existing cooling tower was temporarily relocated and used to maintain cooling during construction. Carefully planned overnight shutdowns allowed final tie-ins to be completed, resulting in a seamless transition to the new system. The project was delivered on schedule through close coordination with twelve trade partners.
