OVERVIEW.

The LMB/CMI team has supported TreeHouse Foods across multiple manufacturing facilities, delivering production line, HVAC, process piping, utility infrastructure, and facility improvement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and plant reliability.

Notable projects include a nine-month production line upgrade featuring the installation of a new state-of-the-art oven line system. The project required extensive outage planning, millwright services, piping installation, equipment setting, and system integration to safely execute work while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. The team also completed a $3.5 million plant cooling project at TreeHouse’s Princeton, KY facility, installing ten cooling units, including rooftop units and air handling equipment, along with associated ductwork, process piping, and utility infrastructure to improve facility performance and environmental control.

Additional support has included capital improvement projects at TreeHouse’s Chicago facility, including break room and restroom renovations, installation of equipment guarding, safety enhancements, and facility upgrades designed to improve employee experience, operational safety, and overall plant performance.

Through close collaboration with the customer and project partners, the LMB/CMI team continues to support TreeHouse Foods with production expansions, facility improvements, and critical infrastructure upgrades across its manufacturing network.
