PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project consists of a building gross of 94,400 square feet and this replacement tower project received 2 Green Globes through the Green Building Initiative Program.  

The building will incorporate the following key planning units and all associated support spaces:

• Medical Surgical Nursing Unit: 28 beds
• Intensive Care Unit:  6 beds
• Women’s Services: 8 beds (6 LDRP, 2 Post Partum)
• Private Patient Rooms: 42 beds 
• Emergency Dept:13 Exams (11 Standard, 1 Secure Hold, 2 Trauma)
• Surgery:1 OR, 1 OR/C-Section, 1 Future OR
• PACU/ Same Day Surgery:4 PACU, 8 Same Day Prep/Recovery
• Endoscopy:2 Procedure Rooms
• Imaging: Rad, R&F, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Mammo, Bone Density Ultrasound, EKG/EEG, Echo/Stress

Other departments included in the facility are Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medical Records, Administration, Business Office, Accounting, Human Resources, QRMC, Case Management, Education, Admitting, Kitchen, Dining, Materials Management, Maintenance, Powerhouse, IT, Wound Care, Cardiac Rehab, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy.
