PITTSBURGH, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Limbach Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:LMB) (“Limbach” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its public offering of 1,780,500 shares of common stock of the Company at a price to the public of $13.50 per share, for gross proceeds of $22,786,839. The Company sold 1,405,500 shares, including 153,907 shares pursuant to the partial exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option and a selling stockholder sold 375,000 shares. The net proceeds to the Company from the sale of the shares by the Company, after deducting the underwriting discounts and other offering expenses payable by the Company, was approximately $17.27 million. Upon the closing of the offering, the Company had 7,454,491 outstanding shares of common stock.
