PITTSBURGH–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) (“Limbach” or the “Company”) today announced the resignation of David S. Gellman from its Board of Directors and all committees of the Board of Directors on which he serves. Mr. Gellman leaves Limbach’s board in order to focus more fully on other business interests.
