LIMBACH'S COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES.
We take great pride in contributing to the communities where we live and operate. From supporting organizations like the National Association of Women in Construction and participating in construction trades career fairs to aiding organizations that offer shelter and support services to the unhoused, we recognize the importance of giving back. By investing in the betterment of our communities, we aim to create lasting positive impacts that extend beyond our business operations.

At the national level, Limbach has played an active role in the ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc. (ACE) over the last 15 years. As the construction industry’s fastest-growing high school mentoring program, the ACE program aims to mentor aspiring construction and design students and encourage them to pursue architecture, engineering, and construction careers.
Limbach currently has active mentors at each business location and sponsors numerous ACE events for high school students. Our team decided to further our commitment to the ACE program and has developed an internship program that provides our interns with the opportunity to visit our offices, shadow employees, and learn from top industry talent. By interning with local ACE mentors we are proud to help build and train the next generation of construction industry leaders.
