THE CHALLENGE.
This project consisted of building out the remaining 75,000 sq. ft. of the existing facility; including additional grow rooms, larger production/processing areas, and office space.

THE SOLUTION.
To account for equipment and material long lead times, our team developed an alternate temporary equipment solution. To get the facility up and growing as fast as possible, our team used temporary equipment and then replaced it with the permanent equipment as it arrived. While this did add minor costs to the overall construction budget, the costs would have been far greater if the facility would not have been able to open and start producing their crop.
