Dominick Traina

Dominick Traina serves as the Executive Vice President of Shared Services of the company, where he leads our Shared Services team, Limbach Collaborative Services, Branch Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Continuous Improvement efforts across the company.

Mr. Traina’s extensive knowledge in operational finance, planning and analysis, operational efficiency, along with his ability to streamline processes, has positioned him to evolve our company’s core process of centralized services and cost efficiency. Traina’s journey with the Limbach family began in 2015 when he joined as Vice President of Finance for Harper. Recognizing his talents, he was swiftly promoted to Vice President of Operational Finance in 2018. Mr. Traina didn’t stop here; in 2020, he was elevated to Senior Vice President of Operational Finance. Before embarking on his career at Limbach, Mr. Traina held a role at TWC Services Inc. as the Director of Process Improvement. The foundation of Mr. Traina’s journey in finance started at the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and Management.
